The machine can cut metal sheet within the size of 1250mm*2500mm. The applicable materials include standard carbon steel, stainless steel, Alloy steel, Aluminum, copper, titanium plate etc.

For thin sheet, the machine can replace CO2 laser cutting machine, CNC punch press and shears etc. But the cost is only a quarter of CO2 laser machine and half of the CNC punch press

It adopts YAG solid laser equipment, the main consumables is electricity, cooling water, auxiliary gas and laser lamp. The average cost is 4 dollars per hour.

 

Higher cutting speed and efficiency

The maximum cutting speed for standard carbon steel is 2m/min. According to average speed: 1m /min and US$1.2 per meter, deducting the assisted processing time, we can calculate that the machine can produce US$63.5 output per hour, the net profit could reach US$55.55
