Features:

 

 1, Gantry-type cross beam and plate-steel box-type structure have got the finite analysis. Y-axis is driven by the servo motor, the ballscrews and double guideways with quick response. X axis is driven by 2 servo motors, the pinion-and-rack and linear guideways with high precision and reliable movement. Z-axis is driven by the servo motor, the ballscrews and the linear guideways.

 2, Flying optics design with high accuracy enables the workpiece standstill on the stable cutting table. Auto-edge-search and calculation function of CNC system is available.  

 3, Sensitive non-contact height sensor on the high-performance processing head automatically traces the focus to guarantee excellent cutting result.  

 4, The cutting table of saw-type grid and built-in structure reduces contact areas to avoid the workpiece scratch with easy parts change. An auto scraps-discharge device is designed for the machine.

 5,The fast axial flow CO2 laser NEL-2000A, manufactured by PRC, USA, features fast laser delivery, constant power and reliable performance.
